Willow

Standing tall and strong, I am a willow tree.
Though my roots beneath me remain hidden,
I outreach my arms to others,
All the way to their base.

Whispering of wind flows in my ears.
As my sways illustrate their song,
My branches embrace too much.
Until the end of me,

I will love.

  1. As you already know! I love this poem, it's so short but it says so much to the reader. It's very peacefully written and I think is a good poem to read when you're stressed or overwhelmed...Good Job Claire Bear;)
